Ex-Southern Health laborer 'cautioned supervisors of wellbeing failings'

An under-flame NHS assume that neglected to examine several passings thought about wellbeing and security failings four years prior, the BBC can uncover.

He said ranking staff at the psychological well-being trust were told security failings could be overstepping the law.

'Missed open doors'

Mr Holder, a sanctioned wellbeing and security professional, was utilized as the break head of wellbeing and wellbeing at the trust in November 2011.

He told the BBC: "It was under-resourced, they didn't perceive how wellbeing and security would apply to looking after the general population in their consideration.

"I think their record keeping when all is said in done was, random."

In a 13-page report seen by the BBC, Mr Holder illustrated wellbeing and security failings he had found for trust managers.

Prior in 2011 Ms Percy got an unknown letter which said: "The trust is to a great degree under-resourced to manage wellbeing and security issues considering the size and many-sided quality of the trust."

In a reaction to the BBC Ms Percy said: "We are always endeavoring to discover approaches to improve and testing ourselves to enhance administrations over the entire association, as in any NHS Trust.
