A man who killed his sweetheart by wounding her 80 times in an "envious anger" has been imprisoned forever.
Laura Davies, 21, was assaulted close to the Essex Horse and Pony Protection Society base in Basildon, where she lived and worked.
Judge Charles Gratwicke depicted it as "a severe and debilitated, hard slaughtering".
Jordan Taylor, 22, of Basildon, must serve http://www.sharenator.com/profile/jntukpapers/at least 23 years in prison for killing Miss Davies only minutes after she had finished their relationship.

Sentencing him to life in jail, Judge Gratwicke told Taylor: "The jury saw through your untruths, and saw you for what you are - an underhanded, desirous and heartless individual arranged to unleash great viciousness on any individual who crosses your way.
"This was a severe and wiped out, unfeeling executing."
Amid the eight-day trial the court heard Taylor and Miss Davies had been as one since December 2014. He had moved into the level which accompanied her employment as a man of the hour at the haven.
Miss Davies had advised companions she wanted to end the relationship on the night of 3 July a year ago - the night she was killed.
'Horrendous and supported assault'
The kitchen blade Taylor turned on Miss Davies had been utilized with such drive it was twisted to a 45-degree point.
The court heard Taylor asserted he wounded her twice in self-protection after she assaulted him. Things went "foggy" after that, he said.

Her mom Dyanne Lambert told the court he would not permit her girl to wear short-sleeved or low profile tops and the couple would frequently contend.
"She turned out to be peaceful and would not like to discuss what was going on," she said.
Talking after Taylor was sentenced, Mrs Lambert said: "Clearly nothing will bring our Laura back yet we are happy that he will be off the boulevards for quite a while.
"Twenty-three years is long, yet it won't bring our infant back."
Miss Davies' dad, John Davies, said: "We've lost Laura always and it's difficult to manage.
"We thank the equity framework for all theirhttp://jntuapreviouspapers.jimdo.com/ work and for the sentence, yet we rehash, it still never brings our excellent Laura back."
Judge Gratwicke told Taylor his "evil activities" had "completely crushed the gang".
"This was a shocking executing and you have indicated not a shred of regret through the trial for your activities," he said.
